about us:

summer of 2023 we road tripped to the pacific northwest. ne evening we decided to bonfire on the beach. the less than ideal conditions gave us the beach to ourselves. it grew quite late in the evening when a lone beach wanderer asked if she could share our campfire. we agreed and began to chat. she just happened to have grown up in the area but was visiting for some stargazing. she recommended we eat at a few spots in the next town we were headed to. we took her recommendations and said our farewells.
as we carried on our travels to the next town we decided to go to the food places she suggested.

one just happen to be an ice cream spot. it’s here we first tried real-fruit ice cream.

dale and I nearly instantly looked at each other and knew- this was our food truck idea.

serendipity, fate, a miracle, luck, the secret, cosmo alignment- it felt like it all happened in that moment.
